1. Who we are

The website and the services presented here belong to SACRA SOUL LIGHT STUDIO S.R.L., with its registered office at Str. Dacilor nr. 4, bl. B, et. 5, ap. 28, Sat Giroc, Comuna Giroc, Județul Timiș, Romania, registered with the Trade Register Office attached to the Timiș Court under no. J2026025050006, CUI 54494124, EUID ROONRC.J2026025050006, hereinafter “SACRA Soul Light” or “we”.

By using the website or booking a session, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not book any services.

2. What services we offer

We offer spiritual guidance and personal development sessions, delivered by Ramona Păunescu:

• a clarity session with three questions, with messages delivered in writing or as audio;
• a clarity session through drawing and Light Language, by video;
• Recall Healing sessions;
• interpretation of your first name and surname;
• energy cleansing of houses, flats, offices and practice spaces;
• the guide “Criticism. Judgement. Guilt.” and long-term programmes, presented separately.

Sessions take place online, on Zoom or WhatsApp, remotely, or in person, on request. The description of each session, how it takes place and the delivery time are those shown on the website at the time of booking or communicated directly before payment.

3. Nature of the services

Our services are spiritual, intuitive and personal development services. They are complementary and are not medical, psychological, psychotherapeutic, legal or financial services.

• We do not make diagnoses and do not recommend stopping or changing any treatment. Recall Healing does not replace medical treatment or psychotherapy. For any health problem, please see a doctor.
• Messages, interpretations and recommendations are offered in good faith, as support for reflection. The decisions you make remain yours and belong entirely to you.
• We cannot guarantee a particular result, because each person’s experience is unique.

The services are intended for people aged 18 or over. The interpretation of a child’s name is carried out only at the request of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Booking and delivery

• Bookings are made via WhatsApp, phone or email. A session is confirmed once we have agreed on the details together and payment has been received.
• For video sessions, you receive the date, the time and how to connect (Zoom or WhatsApp). Please make sure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet place.
• The clarity session with three questions takes place remotely, and you receive the messages within about 7 calendar days of confirmation.
• You receive the name interpretation in writing within 24 hours at most of confirmation.
• For personal sessions, we need your current full name and your name before marriage, whether you are divorced, your date and place of birth and any other details you wish to add. For the energy cleansing of a space, we also need the exact address of the space and whether you are the owner or a tenant. You fill these in directly in the Book a session form on the home page.
• The drawing from the Light Language session is sent to you as a photograph after the session.
• Video sessions are recorded only with the consent of both parties.

5. Prices and payment

• Prices are those shown on the website or communicated in writing before booking and are expressed in euros. The price confirmed at booking does not change for that session.
• Payment is made in advance, by bank transfer, to one of the accounts below. For payment in lei (RON), the exchange rate of the National Bank of Romania on the day the invoice is issued applies.
• We issue an invoice for every payment, in accordance with the tax legislation in force.

In the payment reference, please write your name and the session you have chosen.

6. Rescheduling and cancellation

• A video session booked for a specific time can be rescheduled free of charge if you let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
• If we have to postpone a session, we will offer you a new date or refund the full amount paid, as you prefer.
• If you do not connect at the agreed time and have not let us know, the session is considered delivered. If you are late, the session ends at the originally agreed time.

7. Right of withdrawal

Under Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving any reason. The contract is concluded when the booking is confirmed.

• If you expressly ask for the session to start within the 14 days and then withdraw, you pay only for the part of the service provided up to the moment of withdrawal, and the difference is refunded to you.
• Under art. 16 letter a) of Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, once the service has been fully provided, you can no longer exercise the right of withdrawal, if the provision began with your prior express consent and you confirmed that you know you lose this right.
• We transfer the amount to be refunded to the account from which the payment was made, within 14 days at most of receiving the withdrawal request.

To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email or WhatsApp. You may use the model below, but it is not mandatory.

8. Confidentiality

Everything you share with us during the sessions remains confidential. We process personal data in accordance with the Privacy policy.

9. Rights to the content

The texts, images and materials on the website belong to SACRA Soul Light and may not be copied or used commercially without our written consent. The messages, interpretations, guides and the photograph of the drawing that you receive are for your personal use.

10. Liability

We are responsible for providing the services as described. We are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of the messages or interpretations received, for internet connection interruptions beyond our control or for the operation of the Zoom and WhatsApp platforms. We strive to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date.

11. Complaints and dispute resolution

If you are not satisfied with a service, write to us at sacraspiritualguide@yahoo.com or on WhatsApp. We will reply within 14 days at most and look for a solution together.

You can also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (anpc.ro). For alternative dispute resolution, under Government Ordinance no. 38/2015, you can file a complaint at reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably are resolved by the competent courts in Romania.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, and for a session already booked, the terms valid on the booking date apply.
